Shipping Policy for Artwork

At Maggie Villamaria, we are dedicated to ensuring every piece of artwork meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Original Artwork:
Each original piece is created with meticulous attention to detail and care. Because of the time required to finalize the artwork to perfection, original artwork orders take approximately 5-6 weeks to complete and ship.

This timeline allows us to:

  • Ensure the piece is crafted to the highest quality standards.
  • Make any final refinements for a flawless finish.
  • Carefully package the artwork to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

 

Prints:

High-quality Giclée prints are typically processed and shipped within 4-7 days, depending on the order size and availability.

 

Shipping Notifications:

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have specific deadlines or need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@maggievillamaria.com.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@maggievillamaria.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@maggievillamaria.com!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@maggievillamaria.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
